Louie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in asset management, analytics, accounting, underwriting, budgeting, strategic planning, and acquisitions/dispositions. He has consulted and provided key oversight in the management of commercial and multifamily real estate investments across North America, with a combined value exceeding $10 billion. Louie has built strong relationships with commercial multifamily property owners, bankers, pension fund advisors, investment sales professionals, leasing agents, legal, and property management professionals.
