NASHVILLE TENNESSEE REALTOR RHONDA CASKEY EARNS THE ESTEEMED MILITARY RELOCATION PROFESSIONAL (MRP) CERTIFICATION

I wanted the designation to honor Scotty and our Military families whether active-duty or Veterans. We do not understand the sacrifice unless we have been personally affected by that sacrifice.”
— Rhonda Caskey

NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE, USA, September 4, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Rhonda Caskey is a refined, dedicated, astute and welcoming Affiliate Broker with Century 21 West Main Realty and Auction in Lebanon, Tennessee.

After living in Ketchikan, Alaska for eight years, Rhonda moved to the Nashville area of Lebanon and joined the remarkable team at Century 21 West Main Realty and Auction.

Her roots are deep in the South (originally being from Ohio), and her two adult sons, Scotty and Corey, - along with their families - live close by, which brings much enjoyment and fulfillment to Rhonda. Her oldest son Scotty retired much earlier than expected from the Army. He was shot multiple times while scanning for explosives in Afghanistan April 21, 2011. He has proven with support and a positive mindset, we can overcome.

This isn’t the only tragedy that Rhonda has endured due to war. Her brother, Larry, was a Vietnam Veteran who died from cancer due to being exposed to Agent Orange as a lot of our troops were. She says, “It was so sad. It went undetected for so long and he was really in a good place in life when he received the news. He died two months thereafter.”

Rhonda is thankful and grateful that she is near her family. Scotty is now a professional archer, coach for the Military Warrior Games, individual instructor (Follow Your Arrow located in Lebanon), and team member of the Paralympic team. Scotty, his wife Brook (from the area) and children live in the Nashville area.

Corey, her youngest son, has always been very goal oriented. He played college football at Ohio University with overcoming his own obstacles after tearing his ACL. Within weeks, he recovered and finished out a remarkable career. Corey dedicated his Senior year of football to his brother, Scotty, and all who served our country. He was featured on ESPN and other sports channels. He now lives in Jacksonville Beach, Florida with his wife Tricia and is the Real Estate Principle Broker for Engel & Volkers.

Twelve years as a mortgage loan officer working with and directly supporting Real Estate agents, twenty plus years in the financial industry, fifteen years in management positions and having an independent, self-motivated spirit helps qualify Rhonda. Licensed in the State of Alaska in 2012, she obtained her Associate Broker license early 2015, MRP (Military Relocation Professional) and CRS (Council of Residential Specialists) Designations in June 2017, and Affiliate Broker license in the state of Tennessee early 2018. She was awarded Certification of Excellence Top Producer Award in 2016 and 2017 and featured in the Top Agent Magazine. She also appeared on the famous HGTV show “Living Alaska” which aired on Season 1, Episode 4.

Rhonda moved to Lebanon to be closer to her family, which include her four beautiful grandchildren; Peyton Grace, River Lynn, Beau Henry and Luke Allan. She found out about the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Certification while studying for her Associate Broker’s license in Alaska. “I wanted the designation to honor Scotty and our Military families whether active-duty or Veterans. We do not understand the sacrifice unless we have been personally affected by that sacrifice. It is my honor to support our Military however I can. I’m One Proud ARMY Mom!"

Rhonda serves the communities in Wilson County and other surrounding counties including Montgomery County city of Clarksville where Ft, Campbell Army base is located. (It is approximately 60 miles from Lebanon.) Eastern Middle Tennessee has a large Military presence. It is one of the few states that has The Tennessee State Guard, which is the all-volunteer arm of the Tennessee Military Department and part of the TN National Guard, Military Entrance Processing Station both based in the Nashville area. Arnold Air Force Base in Tullahoma, TN is less than 60 miles.

There are several Military bases in Tennessee: Berry Field Air National Guard Base; Arnold AFB Air Force Base; the
Memphis Air National Guard Base; McGhee Tyson Air National Guard Base; and NSA Mid-South Navy Station.

Lebanon is approximately 19 miles from Nashville International Airport and 24 miles from the popular Music City activities in downtown Nashville. This area is full of prospering cities that offer a high quality of living in a low-cost business environment. The state of Tennessee has no personal income tax. The city of Nashville has a low overall tax burden.

In 2017, Forbes ranked Nashville as the third best big city for jobs in the U.S. and number 7 on the list of top 25 fastest growing cities of 2018.

Music is one of the primary reasons that many people come to Nashville, but the 2 major sports teams, extensive Parks, Recreation and popular lakes, endless arts, culture and abundant employment opportunities offer people plenty of reasons to stay.
