Anytime there is a chemical imbalance in the body there is a good chance that you may acquire a headache or even dizziness. As far as the digestive tract, heartburn, nausea, upset stomach and perhaps even stomach pain and vomiting can happen for those that have a sensitive stomach. Along with this, there were reports of diarrhea, constipation, and infections including the urinary tract. Lesser Adderall abuse side effects include a dry mouth or a strange taste in the mouth. During the clinical trials of Adderall reports of high blood pressure, uneven heartbeats and the feeling that the heart is pounding. Others include tremors including muscle twitches, restlessness, hallucinations or perhaps unusual behavior. With Adderall use in children, there are reports of stunted growth and fatigue. Other side effects include as with adults are the loss of appetite, mood swings and mild fevers can occur.
