Denmark to allot another 380 mln euros for restoring Ukraine's infrastructure

MOSCOW. April 24 (Interfax) - The Danish government has approved the allotment of another 380 million euros for restoring Ukraine's infrastructure and building wind farms, Danish Minister for Business Morten Bodskov said at a meeting with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky in Kiev.

Bodskov noted opportunities for stepping up bilateral cooperation and announced the Danish government's decision to allot additional funds for the Ukrainian facility of the Export and Investment Fund of Denmark, Ukrainian media said, citing Zelensky's press service.

It was noted that the facility fully covered the risks to Danish exporters and investors and provided financing to Ukrainian private companies and public institutions.

The Danish government will allot almost 380 million euros extra for the facility. The funds will be spent on restoring critical infrastructure and building wind farms.

Zelensky and Bodskov highlighted the prospects of broadening Danish business operations and attraction of additional investments in Ukraine.
